Yavapai Hills: rich with cowboy history

The Yavapai Hills subdivision is located on Hwy 69, just East of downtown Prescott. Today, there are hundreds of custom homes dotting the landscape, but in the early 1900s, Yavapai Hills was home to the King of Cowboys, Tom Mix.
